Where We Ship From

All Shiny Jewels orders are fulfilled and dispatched from our warehouse partners in China. This allows us to offer a wide selection of premium jewellery at competitive prices. We work with trusted fulfilment partners to ensure your order is handled with care.

Processing Time

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will begin processing on the next working day.

Estimated Delivery Times

Once dispatched, please allow the following estimated delivery windows:

  • United Kingdom: 1–2 weeks
  • International: 1–2 weeks (may vary by destination)

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance, carrier delays, or peak periods. We appreciate your patience.

Shipping Costs

  • United Kingdom: Free standard shipping on orders over £50
  • International orders: Insured Shipping available at £2.99

Insured Shipping provides added protection for your parcel during transit and is recommended for higher-value orders.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this to monitor your parcel's journey in real time via our tracking portal.

Please allow up to 48 hours after dispatch for tracking information to update.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

As your order ships from China, it may be subject to customs inspection and import duties upon arrival in your country. Any applicable customs fees, taxes, or import duties are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total or shipping cost.

We recommend checking your local customs regulations before placing an order if you have any concerns. Shiny Jewels is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
